Know all men by these present, that I, HENRY BENBROOK one of the heirs at law of STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd, do hereby acknowledge that I have recieved from THOMAS HARDY, RALPH DAVENPORT and JOHN M. MANN, commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of the said STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd. The sum of three hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents in full of my distrutive share of the proceeds of the said of said real estate according to the report of said commissioners and their account filed in the Surrogates office of the county of Somerset May term 1848: And I do hereby release and discharge the said Commissioners from any further liability or accountability to me on account of said sales.
