Know all men by these present, that we ABRAHAM V. D. HONEYMAN and ELIZABETH his wife, being one of the heirs of STEPHEN BENBROOK, deceased, do hereby acknowledge that we have recieved from THOMAS HARDY, RALPH DAVENPORT, and JOHN M. MANN, commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of the said STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd. The sum of threehundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents in full of the distributive share of the said ELIZABETH of the said proceeds if the of the said real estate according to the report of said commissoners and their account filed in the Surrogates office of the county of Somerset, May term 1848: And we do hereby release and discharge the said commissioners any further liablity or accountablity to us on our account of said sales: A.V.D.
